A self-hosted, AI-powered portfolio tracker that connects to Trading 212's API to monitor investments in real time. Features a customizable drag-and-drop dashboard with portfolio health scoring, position heatmaps, what-if price simulator, currency exposure breakdown, and AI-generated portfolio insights via LLM Gateway. Multi-user with encrypted credential storage.

Architecture

NestJS backend with JWT authentication, AES-256-GCM encrypted API key storage, and a scheduled cron system for automatic portfolio snapshots. Trading 212 API client with per-endpoint rate limiting and exponential backoff retry. PostgreSQL via Prisma ORM stores users, encrypted credentials, snapshots, and AI insights. React dashboard built with Next.js, styled with Tailwind CSS, featuring recharts for portfolio charts and treemaps, and dnd-kit for drag-and-drop layout customization. LLM Gateway integration for AI-powered portfolio analysis. Containerized with Docker for deployment.
